UAC and Xampp - Resolved

Hello,

Once Wamp is installed on a W2019 server in C:\Program Files\Xampp, I can launch Xampp_Control but I have a problem with rights.
I don't want to change the UAC rules of the server.
How do I configure the rights to be able to run Xampp, its control interface and the sites I want to install on it?

I misunderstood the original post. It seems that it is necessary to install somewhere else so as not to have UAC problems.
So
* I uninstalled Xampp
* I installed Xampp in c:\xampp
* I launched the console.
* I asked apache to start in autostart
=> I have the error:
Error: cannot create file "c:\xampp\xampp-control.ini"
Access is denied

I finally understood!

Xampp_Control must be run as administrator

On the internet, I have seen many users having the same problem as me.
In summary :
* Install Wampp out of c:\program files (for example in c:\xampp\
* Always run Xamp_Control as administrator

I just have to install GLPI and MediaWiki
