Portable .7z missing *_installservice.bat files

Portable .7z missing *_installservice.bat files as they should be in the documentation. Please help with these? Thanks

Apache service install: \xampp\apache\apache_installservice.bat
Apache service uninstall: \xampp\apache\apache_uninstallservice.bat
MySQL service install: \xampp\mysql\mysql_installservice.bat
MySQL service uninstall: \xampp\mysql\mysql_uninstallservice.bat
FileZilla service (un)install: \xampp\filezilla_setup.bat

Windows services are not system independend so they are not existent inbthe portable versions.

The portable version is useful even on a PC where the userid has controlled access without full admin rights. How can I get hold of all the missing files that are in the installed version?

Bugs found in Portable version
- \xampp\install\.version has wrong XAMPP version number as 1.8.1 in portable
- Incorrect OpenSSL, e.g. \xampp\php\extras\openssl\openssl.exe seems to be different and of 32 bit instead of 64 bit
- missing MailToDisk
- missing Mercury
- missing FileZillaFTP
- missing Webalizer
- missing the scripts to install as Windows services

How to report the above bugs?

Another question, will the standard .7z file be used like portable or do components from it doesn't work in portable mode?
