Please help tls1.2 on Apahce 2.2.6 - super desperate!

Hey guys. I'm a time traveler from the past and I need major help.
Windows 2003
Xampp 1.6.4
Apache 2.2.6
OpenSSL 0.9.8e

Is it at all possible to have tls1.2? Due to the software I have running, I cannot update the OS, php, or apache.

No. Need OpenSSL 1.0.1 or above to get TLS1.2
