MYPHP admin is greyed out for new database

I am new to this xampp and watching videos on it. learning how to set it up so I can make local wordpress sites and learn a bit about php.
in the tutorial when he setup a new database he was able to check the MYPHPADMIN but for me it is greyed out and I have no idea why. HERE is a link to a picture

Any ideas why ?

Also I do not understand how to use I do not know enought to even know how to figure that out. Is that a HTML Can I upload a picture to this websites server and call it whit this in some way.

Your picture shows the download site of Xampp (for Windows). I have no idea what you mean with "greyed out"? Where do i have to look and what do you want to tell?

And no, you cannot upload pictures to this forum, you even cannot link to pictures, as newbies are restricted in this forum (due to SPAM problems). But you can apply a link and we can copy it. Later on (after some postings) you can link to images as well.

Sorry I posted the wrong picture. So this picture is showing me trying to create a new database for wordpress inside of xampp. and When I try to create it I can not check the checkbox for the myphpadmin

To create a database you don't need to check any checkbox, just type in the name, choose a Collation and click the Create Button.
The checkboxes do have a different meaning.
