Configuring XAMPP 8.1 and Netbeans 12

Hello friends, i just installed XAMPP 8.1 in my computer and Apache NETBEANS 12. I want to develop a php application. I am totaly a newcomer in php development, i need to know pleasse how to configure Apach Netbeans 12 and XAMPP 8.1 so that they can work togheter, thanks in advance.
