After successfully installed xampp, how do I bring up the phpmyadmin so that I may administer the various mysql databases I have created?

Some pointers are greatly appreciated.

I just found this problem. After I login into phpmyadmin, I can not log out. When I tried to log out, it prompts me to type in userid and password again. If I type in the userid and password, it asks again until it finally says the "wrong username/password. Access denied."

Is there something wrong with my configuration or is it normal?

Just press cancel instead of Ok when you log out
