no. The message "Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." does not have anything to do with your MariaDB port. So your issue cannot be the same.

Do you need the other MySQL Server? If not you may consider uninstalling it.
If you need it, you need to change the XAMPP MariaDB port in the my.ini config file, in the xampp control panel config and in phpmyadmins config.inc.php file.
And because your other MySQL Server is setted as windows service you will need to change the XAMPP MariaDB service name in the XAMPP control panel config too.
