1) You already have another Xampp installation in c:/xampp, you cannot run two Xampp installations, delete one.

2) Do NOT install Xampp into your User space (as you did, c:/users/dell is a bad location)

3) NEVER install Xampp into a cloud drive (as you did in Onedrive), this will lead into data crash of your Databases.
