I am thinking of streaming video on a private webserver (apache) I think low-res. How many can do this at the same time if I have 80MB uppload speed on my broadband? With 800MB speed? Just give me a broad sense, I know the question is non-specific.

Depends on so many criteria.
Impossible to name a number which would be realistic.
