mysql wont start , lots of errors

today i tried again

i opened the xampp with administrator rights
apache module runs ok but when i try to start mysql i get the following errors in the log file
yesterday i deleted some of the log files in the mysql/data/ directory , maybe this is causing the problem ??
i dont know
some assistance would be appreciated

Should i uninstall xampp and reinstall a new copy
what is the best way to install xampp on a windows 10 computer

For a new install:
1. click 'Config' and 'Logs' - (I am using XAMP Launcher) in my case Logs file that are missing, are created automatically, after prompt.
2. In xamp\app\xamp folder find "setup_xamp.bat" file and run it.
exit xamp, restart computer and start apache, when my sql. It went OK after above p1 and p.2.
