Can't access the site through www (wold wide web)

I have a website: https://scts.co.il
when I try to enter the site through www.sctch.co.il. I get a blank page displaying "hello world" in simple small text.
When I enter the site through https://sctch.co.il or http://sctch.co.il it is working fine.
I have tried to search the folder of sctch.co.il inside the htdocd folder. I searched all of the files and folders for "hello world" and couldn't find it.
I also have another site in the htdocs its URL IS HTTPS://scts.co.il. this site is working fine with www.scts.co.il
Did anyone ren into this problem before?

scts is not the same as sctch, your description is very confusing. scts.co.il is connected to another IP than sctch.co.il

The "hello world" may come from any file, if your webserver is configured so. It may also come from a javascript or from a redirected URL or from a reverse proxy. Its impossible for us to find the reason. Watch your access logs.

I know that scts is not the same as sctch,I tried to edit the message.
When I bring down the apache server it stays the same "hello world" even though it is down.
Does it indicate something?

it shows that this hello world is not delivered by your Apache server.

How can I know from where it is delivered from?
Can it be an ISP problem?

www.sctch.co.il is connected to Cloudflare, an ISP from San Francisco offering security networking; https://www.cloudflare.com/

www.scts.co.il is connected to NetVision Ltd., a Provider from Haifa, Israel.

Thats all i can tell, you have to know if you are using Cloudflare Services.
