hi i stopped apache and mysql and then tried to turn my computer off
an error was thrown up before the computer shut down
i didnt quite get the error message

i decided to cancel the shut down to see if i could turn off xampp properly
and when i look in the console i see this:

where can i check if i am running xampp with administrator rights and how can i change them

you can start the xampp control panel manually with enhanced administration rights by right click -> run as administrator

i am getting the same message that i am not running with administrator rights
can someone please explain more clearly how to enable administrator rights
where do i right click exactly??
i simply click on xampp to launch control panel - nothing different happens when i right click
