I've changed port 3306 to 3307 but still could't run MySQL

You have to " tell" the Xampp Control Dialog as well, that Mysql is not running on 3306, but on 3307. There must be any config file for that. I dont have a Windows installation to check which file it is, you may also find a readme or the FAQ with hints.

Also dont forget to change config.inc.php in phpmyadmin for the same reason.
