Everything seams to be working ok but there are red x's under "Services" for everything except Mercury. Can someone please explain what that means?

That means that these processes are not registered as windows service. That is absolutely fine.
It is just an option to register services so that the components are started from your operating system boot.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!
