Help Needed Installing Image Magic

Hi,

Following a WordPress error I’m attempting to install Image Magic on my Windows 10, 64 bit PC, with XAMPP for Windows 7.4.13 and Php Version 7.4.13. I am following the following YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZ9_rq6c9uY

I have got to the part where I download Image Magic from:
windows.php.net - /downloads/pecl/deps/

The video says check the Phpinfo file for the compiler version and to see if 'thread safety' is enabled. Here lies my problem. Thread Safety shows enabled. But when I check the compiler version mine shows the following: Compiler - Visual C++ 2017

However, in the video and tutorials the compiler version always has 'MSVC 15' (or similar) before it says Visual C++ 2017.

The MSVC 15 part helps users choose which Image Magic version to download but because MSVC 15 is missing from my Phpinfo file I don’t know whether to just download the latest Windows 64 bit version for my PC, i.e. ImageMagick-7.0.7-11-vc15-x64.zip

If I download the latest file, will it work? This version is for 'VC 15' and my Phpinfo file doesn't mention this. Or, how can I find out which MSVC version I have if I have MSVC at all?

XAMPP 7.4.13 is compiled thread safe against MSVC15.
XAMPP 8.0.8 is compiled thread safe against MSVS16.
