What am I doing wrong?
I am using xampp-portable-windows-x64-5.6.40-1-VC11

So the trick is to move the xampp directory out of xampp-portable-windows-x64-5.6.40-1-VC11, into the root.
Nobody told me that. :roll:

The core issue is that the paths are not correct.
By default it expects to have the folder with name xampp in the root of your drive.

But you can have xampp in a different location as well. To update the paths in the config files you need to execute the setup_xampp.bat file once.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
