And what is your problem? Simply ignore the warnings.

I'm a noob! I received similar messages, and Apache does not start.

Look for the Apache_Start,bat file, right-click and select Run as Administrator.

Does Apache start then?

If you see an "Access Denied" message, that is the same I am getting.
