Yet more trouble with Xampp 8.03.

After I stopped Apache and Mysql I closed the Xampp control window and got these errors shortly after each other:

First: Error: Cannot create file D:\XAMPP80\xampp-control.ini. Access denied.

Then: Exception EAccessViolation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025B2AE. Read of address 0000042.

I should note that already the installation was a bit problematic. Xampp tried to restart Windows without asking first. I had to cancel in order not to lose unsaved work. Later I did a restart for certainty.

I am on Window 10 latest update.

After this error Xampp hang. I had to use the Task Manager to close it.
