After W10 update, appears vcruntime140.dll error

Hi

Today my windows (w10 home) update installed the 20H2 version.

After that, I had this error on apache:
PHP Warning: 'vcruntime140.dll' 14.0 is not compatible with this PHP build linked with 14.16 in Unknown on line 0

It appended at 7415 version (64bits).
I tried to install the 7416, and, after install, I'd need to replace all reference to the install folder because the installer didn't' use the one I gave it!
But, ok, when this were done, the mysql works fine BUT the Apache has the same error info that the previous version.

I have also a memory violation error when try to quit de control panel and need to kill the process to close the warning window.

The W10 update installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable /x64) - 14.28.29325

Everything works fine with xampp728.

So, what should I do?
