different folder install

I am using xampp windows x64 to do a silent install. All switches are working well except for --prefix

No matter what I enter for the installation folder, xampp is always going to c:\xampp

How do I do a silent install into c:\testing

I am using the following command

--unattendedmodeui minimal --mode unattended --prefix c:\testing
