Posted: 06. March 2021 20:32zstd is a compression codec like zip and similar. What exactly are you looking for, where is the relation to Xampp?

Maybe simply tell us, which app you are trying to install, its obvious that you have no knowledge about software. I will have a look what is needed to run that software.
