installing zstd?

can someone help me to install zstd on xampp?i have search for it on google but i dont have found it

zstd is a compression codec like zip and similar. What exactly are you looking for, where is the relation to Xampp?

If you want help, you have to tell miles more. I need to know, which API to control zstd. Not instagram.

Maybe simply tell us, which app you are trying to install, its obvious that you have no knowledge about software. I will have a look what is needed to run that software.
