SSL Certificate Placement

Hello There,
After setting up my Xampp with my html and CSS docs I generated some Lets Encrypt certificates using Certbot. I have tried to find where to put the files but I can't find how to setup the certificates properly. Can anyone please tell/link a way to setup the certificates so that they work. I am running XAMMP on Windows(Not a virtual one).

Hi, thanks to a youtube video from 2018 I have now figured out how to set up the certificates. However, I cannot find a working way to redirect my HTTP traffics to HTTPS.
I have tried robs notebook(http://robsnotebook.com/xampp-ssl-encrypt-passwords/) which is what most website recommend to use however this does not work. Does anyone have any other way to redirect traffic?
