Hi

I am trying to install uvhelpdesk with xampp 3.2.4 when checking the installation needs the system asks for PHP mailparse extension, and I am not able.

I tended to download php_mailparse 3.1.1-7.2 and put it in / php / ext and enable it in php.ini as extension = mailparse, I also tried to put extension = php_mailparse and also extension = php_mailparse.dll but none worked.

Can someone help me?

Hi,

Which mailparse.dll did you choose to downlad exactly and which php version does your xampp innclude?
Is the mbstring extension enabled and does the mailparse extensions comes somewhere after the mbstring extension in your php.ini?

nts is not the correct version. All in XAMPP bundled PHP versions are thread safe (ts).
Did you check that the XAMPP version you use is bundled with PHP 7.2.X?
