Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

After install xampp 8.0.0, everything is okay and Apache could open the browser.

But as to host Django with Xampp, the Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

I made several steps to improve it; however the error log do not reported anymore.
I changed the port to 82 and 4433. Apache still shutdown unexpectedly.
