Warning : Private methods cannot be final...

I've installed Mediawiki through XAMPP. Installed the localsettings.php file in the sub-directory and pointed browser to the wiki.

The page opens up but I see an annoying message on top that reads : "Warning : Private methods cannot be final as they are never overridden by other classes in C:\xampp\htdocs\wiki\includes\actions\Action.php on line 82"

Anyone have a clue what this is about? This is my first clean installation of Mediawiki on my Windows system.

We cannot provide any support for third party applications like Mediawiki.
Please check if your application is compatible with the XAMPP single components you use, especially the PHP version.
Ask at a Mediawiki related support channel how to solve this issue.
