Fixing Apache syntax errors with PHP 8.0.0

Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issues with the new XAMPP with PHP 8.0.0 product. We reproduced the issue with the Apache syntax regarding php8_module and we are working on fixing it and releasing a new revision. This is only affecting the portable version.

No it is not. It affects all 4 zip and 7z versions, so portable and full versions.

Finally there seems to be an issue accessing phpmyadmin too. i haven't analyzed it yet.

You are right, it affects all the .7z and .zip products. We will fix all of them in the next release.

About phpMyAdmin, I also reproduced it. It should be fixed if you replace all the occurrences of php8_module with php_module in the C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-xampp.conf file, and restarting Apache. I counted 4 occurrences in total, counting the one you already replaced for LoadModule php8_module "C:/xampp/php/php8apache2_4.dll". That should be fixed in the next release as well.

We have just released a new revision of the 8.0.0 assets. The installers named with 8.0.0.-1 fix these issues.
