MYSQL shutdown unexpectedly

this happens when there is a file deleted in your data folder. also it happen to me several times but the solution was just simple.
solution: install the same version of xampp in another computer, in your current xampp rename your data folder as data old, copy the data folder from your new installation to to old xampp. copy all folders from data old to new data folder. copy ibdata file also. this will solve your problem easily.
note: you may copy first six or five files in your data old folder to new data folder.

I also have similar problem now. But my question is if you have done some work with the XAMPP which is i have design website with WORDPRESS already running in XAMPP will that not be affected if i install new xampp and copy the folders to the new one please.
