localhost ad IP static

good morning, I'm new on this forum.
I'm try XAMPP for windows, downloaded, installed and started is ok.
IP XAMPP server is 192.168.1.100 port 20200, my static IP is 93.148.xxx.xxx
my ISP router has port NAT 20200 to 192.168.1.100
I'm trying a little index.php code in htdocs/damianodec.

when I am out of office I have to check index.php page by my smartphone and I have bookmarked on my smarthone browser (safari) link http://93.148.xxx.xxx:20200/damianodec/index.php and it works.

But when I am inside my office (inside lan 192.168.1.xxx my smartphone links to wifi lan and get DHCP address) that links does not work, I have type localhost:20200/damianodec/index.php

I would like to use one link for all situation, how can I do it?
