xampp error different php.ini?

I have a problem!

I seting in php.ini
extension=php_redis

it is works on php cli from comand line. No errors.

But, if I show page from browser. (apach mod) I get error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Redis' not found in D:\xampp\htdocs\test.local\index.php:10

I download xampp-portable-windows-x64-7.4.9-0-VC15.7z and I replace php to php 7.1.10
And I download php_redis-3.1.1-7.1-ts-vc14-x64-php71.zip

what me to do?
why am i getting different php actions? on cli and apach mod

Probably you have two different PHP installations, how do you run CLI PHP in your test? Which command do you enter (please show FULL command!).
