Problem: Services turns on as i launch XAMPP Control Panel

So i just upgraded to XAMPP 7.4.9 and there is already a few issues.

I restarted my computer to refresh the environment paths just incase. Then i launched the XAMPP Control Panel to install all the services such as Apache, MySQL and FileZilla.

Then when i just do a restart to refresh the processes, i open XAMPP and suddenly all the services are running, despite the fact i have not turned the setting on for them to start when i start XAMPP.

My problem now is i cant seem to disable them from turning on when ever i launch XAMPP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you registered the services from the previous XAMPP installation?
What is the full contents of your control panel log?

I actually uninstalled the previous version completely and made sure to delete any lingering files as well.

and im not sure what you mean by "full contents of your Control Panel Log"?

The Log messages in your xampp control panel. We need all of them to get important information to maybe identify your issue.
