my domain keep redirect to my public ip with port

hello guys, I'm new in apache

i use xampp, i setup a moodle

after i register it to domain

but the problem is when i enter my domain http://domain.net/moodle it keeps redirecting to https://tomypublicip:port


please help I'm just a beginner

I dont know moodle and this is NOT a Xampp issue. But i think, you should have register the domain first (and assign it to your server) and then install moodle. Moodle cannot know your new domain and obviously does a redirect to the known IP. For further questions you should ask moodle support, we cannot support 3d party products in this Xampp forum.
