XAMPP Install Not Working

Tried to install xampp a few times but cannot get it to run (it appears that MySQL is running but Apache cannot). Here is the log:

I performed the first option in the Sticky. Apache started for a few seconds and then crashed again. Here are the logs from the Control Manager and the Error Log:

Then try the second. The listed solutions are sorted from min influence to max influence to your system.
