Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.

Hi,
yesterday i closed pc after a day of job and xampp and mysql they worked properly,
Today, i i turned on the pc, i started xampp and apache and everything ok but when i started mysql not start and i see this error:

I replaced the file in the mysql / data / folder with the backup files and everything went well again. However, when I replace the folder C: \ xampp \ mysql \ data \ mysql it no longer works.
I did some testing replacing the files present in the folder C: \ xampp \ mysql \ data and I realize that replacing them all except the mysql folder, xampp restarts but in phpmyadmin it returns the error # 1932 - Table 'phpmyadmin.pma__tracking 'doesn't exist in engine. However, if I also replace the mysql folder it no longer starts
