Configuration of pmadb… not OK AND General relation features

i got this error

The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why.
Or alternately go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there.

and the privileges tab was not show

Did you edit / change anything in config.inc.php from phpMyAdmin folder? Show us the full contents of config.inc.php here.
