Some error with XAMPP for Windows 7.4.4

I am getting some error after installed XAMPP for Windows 7.4.4, Please can you let me know that how can fix this error?

run as administrator

Yes we run with administrator but still can not Installing Tomcat service. Also Mercury service icon are not showing.
