Port 8080 in use by "C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\BIN\tnslsnr.exe"!

Stop or uninstall that Oracle software (i dont know what it is). It collides with Tomcat.

Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
