Mysql não inicia (não comunica com a porta)

Desde já, agradeço pela ajuda!
Infelizmente, eu não estou conseguindo resolver o problema abaixo.
O mysql não inicia (start), estabelecendo uma conexão com a porta 3306. (Conforme o espelho anexo)
Já realizei alterações de portas e não houve alteração no status.
Já realizei alteração no firewall e também, não houve alteração no status.
Todas os demais programas do pacote XAMPP está iniciando.
Entrei no admin do painel de controle (mysql), o browser gera o seguinte erro.

phpMyAdmin - Erro
Erro durante o início da sessão; verifique seu arquivo de log PHP e / ou servidor da Web e configure sua instalação do PHP corretamente. Verifique também se os cookies estão ativados no seu navegador.

session_start (): open (SESSION_FILE, O_RDWR) falhou: Nenhum arquivo ou diretório (2)

session_start (): falha ao ler os dados da sessão: files (caminho: C: \ xampp \ tmp)

Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve the issue below.
Mysql does not start (start), establishes a connection with port 3306. (As shown in the attached mirror)
I have already made port changes and there have been no changes in status.
I already noticed changes in the firewall and also, there were no changes in the status.
