XAMMP Control Panel Error when trying start MySql service

Hello I'm new to Apache and I've just installed Xampp on my WINDOWS 10 64BITS PC. Below are the error logs I got when I tried starting Apache:

My OS is WINDOWS 10 64-Bit.

Please start your control panel with elevated administrator rights (rightclick -> run as Administrator)
