I'm having a little issue setting up my Movable Type 5.
I've granted all privileges to my MT (movable type) database on phpmyadmin panel but I keep getting this error
DBD::SQLite::db prepare failed: file is encrypted or is not a database
I can't seem to find anything in mt-config.cgi, mt.cgi and /xampp/phpMyAdmin/db_structure.php
Would be infinitely grateful if I someone can help me through that
