Mysql cannot start

I have Xampp v.3.2.4
All was working but now I have problem with mysql. It cannot start.
Here is message:

What can be wrong?

I ran into exactly the same error messages shortly after restarting my system.

Earnestly need help to progress with my work.

And suddenly start experiencing system hanging, noticed after the installation of XAMPP v.3.2.4
