Windows 7.4.2 failed to install

I tried to install 7.4.2 into a new folder and get the error message httpd.exe System Error VCruntime140.dll was not found.

Tried times, always the same error.

What have I done wrong this time?

But I've resolve the issue.

You have to download
VCRUNTIME140.DLL and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015,2017,2019 Redistributable
Follow the link below
https://www.dll-files.com/vcruntime140.dll.html
Then go to c:\windows\system32 and paste the VCRUNTIME140.DLL file and replace, then restart your computer it'll work.
