New Install of XAMPP 3.2.4 failing to load pages

Hi there
I use to have PHP5.6 but had to upgrade, and trying it with just PHP failed, so I had to go down the route of installing XAMPP fresh.

Trouble is now, all I get is that awful error:

I've changed the Ports to 8080 but still get this problem.
Is it a very common problem in the latest version? What's the fix? It's doing my head in.
