PHP shows code instead of running

I recently installed xampp version 3.2.4 and php shows instead running. I have an include with configs and arrays and it shows all of them. However, phpmyadmin works and phpinfo opens well.

And about 2 days my net company changed my ip from ipv4 to ipv6 and now my server doesn't show outside my local network. I called them but they say the router configuration is ok and is problem of web server.
