Libsqlite3.dll is missing when Apache starts.

After installing the latest version 7.4.1 xampp when running Apache 2×, the message "The program cannot start because libsqlite3.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". That's what I did, and it's the same. The libsqlite3.dll library is even 2 times there, in C:\xampp\php\ and C:\xampp\php\windowsXamppPhp. The previous version went without problems. I have Win7 SP1 64bit. How can I solve this, please?

In \xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-xampp.conf

Find:
LoadFile "/xampp/php/php7ts.dll"
LoadFile "/xampp/php/libpq.dll"
LoadModule php7_module "/xampp/php/php7apache2_4.dll"


Add:
LoadFile "/xampp/php/libsqlite3.dll"
Restart Apache

We've just released new installers for XAMPP 7.2.29-2 / 7.3.16-2 / 7.4.4-2 fixing this issue.

The problem is always here in xampp-windows-x64-7.4.14-0-VC15 and other I think.

In \xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-xampp.conf

Search:
LoadModule php7_module "/xampp/php/php7apache2_4.dll"

Add after:
LoadFile "/xampp/php/libsqlite3.dll"

Restart Apache, it works.
