I m facing the same issue since 14.1.2020. Tried changing the access port but no use. Even watched tons of youtube videos still and followed their steps still no use. pls help me resolve this

For now I solved the problem reinstalling Xampp. I had a DB back up and reimport it.
For now it works again

Nothing to do. Now i tried again to start mysql but have the same problem
