32 Bit Version of XAMPP 7.4.1

Is there any 32 bit version of XAMPP 7.4.1?
I've looked at the download page nor the sourceforge repo but only 64 bit version is available.

Is the 32 bit version isn't ready yet?

What prevents you from using a 64bit windows OS?

Yes. i can't upgrade because i need to run other software that can only run well on 32bit machine. it's an old home made delphi software. Do you have any advice for me?

Normally you can use your 32bit programs without trouble on an 64bit OS too.
For the very uncommon case, that it realy doesn't work, you can also use virtualization software - like virtualbox - to run an 32bit guest OS on your 64bit host OS.
