Especially the top lines of the log contain important information about installation path and some errors in the prechecks which can give some hints for specific errors.

I don't know. Please give us the requested informationen.
Maybe you don't need to do anything because everything is fine.
Maybe you have a problem with a second XAMPP installation.
Maybe you have a problem with your paths.

Due to the error message MySql is already running. Did you try to run localhost and/or phpmyadmin in your browser?

Thanks for your input. All of this is new to me, so please bear with me. I'm going to try to watch some YouTube videos to get a handle on the advice you're giving me. Again, thanks for your help
