PHP 7.4

Will there be an upgrade to PHP 7.4 soon ? ( this will include an sqlite update too)
or can some one supply an upgrade recipe I can use on Windows 10 64 bit

as far as I can tell xampp currently includes PHP 7.3 but I may be wrong

I have installed the new 7.4.1 version and all is well but just an FYI- the version of phpMyAdmin is 4.9.2 rather than the advertised 5.0.0
