Problem with makecert.bat

I cannot install ssl using makecert.bat

i have tried so many times but always getting message as below (run as administrator):

The system cannot find the path specified.

Could not find C:\windows\system32\.rnd
Could not find C:\windows\system32\privkey.pem
Could not find C:\windows\system32\server.csr

The system cannot find the file specified.

When i just double click it (as normal) i got this message:

and the problem is i cant type any word or numbers on to it....


Please... please... help me out.

FYI, im using xampp V3.2.4 with windows 10.

Actually, you CAN type, but the curser will not move.
All is fine, that is the expected behavior.

i type in the letter and numbers but it doesnt show...

i told u that i tried 5 times already...

They will not show. Thats expected. It's a security feature.

nop.. that's not it....

It is it.

Simply hit the keys, the letters and numbers will NOT show up, its a "hidden" input. Simply hit the Return key after a few characters and the makecert will continue and finish.
